Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on coffee once it’s been purchased. Coffee is a fresh, perishable product, and once it leaves our hands, we can’t guarantee that it remains in the same condition. For this reason — and for food safety — we’re unable to take it back. Because we prioritise quality and freshness, every bag is roasted and packed specifically for you. Once opened (or even sealed but returned), we can’t resell it to another customer — and we’d never want to compromise anyone’s experience with stale or mishandled coffee.
