Step inside our bristol roastery and see what we're all about
Whether you’re in the mood for a flat white that’ll kick your day into gear, need to restock your favourite beans, or want to delve in to processing methods and flavour notes, we've got you covered.
Open from 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:30am - 4pm on a Friday. Accessible access available.
Our Bean Shop
At our on-site Bean Shop, you can purchase 250g, 500g or 1kg bags of any of our hand-roasted coffees. Have them as wholebean, or pre-ground to suit your needs (and if you are confused, we have a team of incredibly experienced and friendly staff to lend a hand). You can also bring your own vessel from home if you want to save on packaging.
We keep our prices fair, so that you can get top-quality coffee without the massive markup. You'll also find other bits and pieces available for purchase, such as loose leaf teas, home brewing equipment, tampers.. the list goes on!
Our Brew Bar
This is where our baristas get to show off! Here, you can choose from a selection of coffees in the hopper for your espressos-based drinks to have in our Brew Bar/Cafe, or to take-away. If you are looking to try some of our other coffees on offer, our baristas can brew these in your chosen brewing method, from aeropress to a V60.
Our intention is for this to be a whole experience - we want you to be able to come along, expand your coffee horizons and learn some cool bits and pieces to take home with you.
We also offer 'coffee flights', tasting sessions, and cupping sessions. You can book your cupping session here or simply swing by for a coffee flight! We also serve an incredible spread of coffees, cakes, and snacks.
Our Food
Whether you are popping down for breakfast, a snack or lunch, we've got an array of tasty options for you to choose from. From croissants, to cheesecake, to sausage rolls and focaccia sandwiches, gluten-free to vegan, we've got all the options!
We put huge importance on sourcing and supporting local, so we only use suppliers within Bristol. We have plenty of seating for you to enjoy the best of Bristol, so do come along and taste for yourself.
And if you're lucky, you might catch our famous coffee-infused soft-serve on a sunny day!
Our Roastery
From the Brew Bar and Bean Shop, you will see one of our roasters - this is the wonderful Joper CRM30 which we use on occasion to roast our Monthly Special.
However, the vast majority of our roasting happens across the road in the Roastery.
You'll also be able to sneak a peak in to our SCA Training Campus, where we hold SCA Barista Courses - these last several days and result in a certification. If you'd like to get involved, you'll find all the details here. For more information on our Roastery see here.
