RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are unsatisfied with your coffee, you must contact us either by telephone or email within 24 hours of receipt.

We do not refund or exchange coffees if ordered incorrectly through our website.

We offer a next working day delivery service if ordered before 2pm, however we do ask that you allow two working days to allow for postal error.
