Partnering with \u003cb\u003eThe Coffee Gardens\u003c\/b\u003e, Norman focuses on precision harvesting—hand-picking only the deepest, perfectly ripe red cherries.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNorman’s cherries undergo a careful \u003cb\u003eNatural (Dry) Process\u003c\/b\u003e:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003col\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cb\u003eSelection:\u003c\/b\u003e Cherries are flotation-tested and hand-sorted so only flawless, high-sugar cherries make the cut.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cb\u003eDrying:\u003c\/b\u003e The whole cherries are spread on raised African drying beds at The Coffee Gardens’ micro-processing station in Sironko.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cb\u003eFermentation \u0026amp;
