A homage to our founder, Brian Wogan, who believed in sustainable and ethical sourcing, and punchy, delicious cups of coffee! The Sumatran is sourced from the Permata Gayo farm, founded to ensure traceability throughout the supply chain, which uses the Galling-Basah process to create raw coffee with a slight blue hue and special cupping profile. The Honduran is grown by the COCAFELOL co-operative, in the Ocotepeque Region, which works tirelessly to improve both the characteristics of the coffee, and the wellbeing of its workers. A fitting nod to our founder!
