A brand new creation of ours – 50% of the caffeine. With this blend, 50% of the coffee is decaffeinated, using our Honduras Swiss Water Decaf. The other half is our Direct Trade, Cup of Excellence Nicaraguan La Bastilla

A delicious coffee with less of the caffeine for those of you that don’t want to go all the way. Delicious notes of cocoa, praline and orange.

The Nicaraguan Jinotega estate is  located in the midst of a mountainous natural reserve where all cherries are handpicked according to the microclimates of each individual farm, to maximise their potential. With the Teach a Man to Fish charity, we fund three children through the on-site technical college of La Bastilla, providing them the skills to move into tourism, animal husbandry and farming. The Honduras beans are prepared in the central mill before being sent to the Swiss Water Decaffeination plant in Canada. The process simply uses pure water and osmosis to produce coffee that is 99.9% free of caffeine.
